Worked with 3 NSW State Departments, 12 Councils, 9 Certifying Organisations, 4 Software Vendors and the NSW Housing Code to deliver a service that guides applicants through the investigation, lodgement and assessment process.

Conducted Business Process Mapping workshops at 12 councils before working with Planners and technical specialists to design and document the requirements of the system.

Reported on status and issues enabling forecasting of required resources and completion date;
